AXNAR/ PAX Extremity Tourniquet (P-E-T)

Together with our partner X-CEN-TEK, we have developed and approved the Tourniquet in Germany. The Tourniquet allows safe and fast hemostasis in case of critical bleeding on an extremity. The unique dual fine lock (90/180° fixation) allows the user to safely apply the necessary pressure while avoiding possible tissue damage due to excessive local pressure. The aluminum toggle allows for a secure grip and deformation or breaking is not possible by manual force.

Molecular ROG (Rugged Oxygen Generator)

The Molecular ROG (Rugged Oxygen Generator) is a portable, lightweight oxygen generator. Easy to use and small enough to be carried in a backpack.

The ROG provides immediate access to a potentially life-saving supply of oxygen without presenting an additional explosion hazard (compared to traditional oxygen cylinders). Supplied oxygen (FiO2 at 96%) for approximately 15 minutes at a flow of 6/min.

Die einzelnen Komponenten werden bei uns in Deutschland geprüft und zusammengestellt.

Clotta™ Hämostatikum

Die neuste Generation der Collagen-Hämostatika Schwämme. Clotta™ kann bei jeglicher Blutung einfach und schnell appliziert werden. Clotta™ verstärkt den durch das Kollagen ausgelösten natürlichen Gerinnungsprozess und beschleunigt die Hämostase. Zusätzlich fungiert es als Katalysator für die lokale Bildung von Thrombin, die Fibrinbildung vermittelt, Erythrozyten und Thrombozyten einfängt und so zur Konsolidierung des Gerinnsels und zum Verschluss beschädigter Blutgefäße führt. Das Hämostatikum wurde von -96°C bis + 60°C Umgebungstemperatur getestet und eingesetzt. Es kann vollständig und ohne zusätzliche Gewebeschäden in der Klinik entfernt werden. Die Wundheilung wird bereits bei der Applikation unterstützt.
